At Novalis Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
- Opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Sale or discounted products are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Refunds & Exchanges
We aim to make the refund and exchange process as smooth as possible for our valued customers:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost within the UAE

Order Tracking

All international orders ship via Zajel Express. Pricing is per shipment based on total weight:
