Return Policy
At Novalis Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Please note: opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations. Sale or discounted products are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost within the UAE.

Delivery Destinations
- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and selected international destinations.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your luxury perfume arrives in perfect condition.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UAE: 1-3 business days.
- GCC Countries: 3-7 business days.
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping Rates
- UAE: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- GCC Countries: Competitive flat-rate shipping.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through our shipping partner website.
International Orders
Novalis Perfumes proudly ships to customers worldwide. GCC destinations include Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain with fast delivery within 3-7 business days. We also ship to selected countries in the Middle East & North Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
International orders ship via Zajel Express. Pricing is per shipment based on total weight. Rates effective October 2024. Customs duty is calculated on CIF value (product price + shipping). For packages over 3 kg, please contact us for a quote.
International Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted worldwide.
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Prices may be displayed in supported local currencies where available.
International Returns
- International customers may return items under the same conditions as our standard return policy.
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
- Refunds for international orders are processed within 14-21 business days due to international banking timelines.
