At Novalis Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Sale or discounted products are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Refunds & Exchanges

We aim to make the refund and exchange process as smooth as possible for our valued customers:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost within the UAE

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your luxury perfume arrives in perfect condition

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all Emirates): 1-3 business days
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Rates

  • UAE: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • GCC Countries: Competitive flat-rate shipping
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through our shipping partner website.

  • Qatar: Free shipping on all orders
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): Flat rate of AED 30 / QAR 30
  • Rest of Middle East & North Africa: Starting from AED 50
  • Europe & North America: Starting from AED 75
  • Asia Pacific & Other Regions: Starting from AED 85

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s authorities
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable duties before placing your order
  • Novalis Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections
